This experience is an enhanced version of the Sincerely, Sherrise™ 30 Day Self-Exploration “Challenge” divided into (4) four modules:
MODULE ONE: Identity, self-awareness, knowledge, finding value, creating principles
MODULE TWO: Self-discipline, self-love, loving others, exploring your thoughts, being intentional, taking risks, opening your mind
MODULE THREE: Eliminating toxicity, happiness, gratitude, personal development, accountability, identifying your truth, assessing your relationships
MODULE FOUR: Being honest about trauma/problem areas, seeing yourself from an alternative lens, being self-sufficient, self-care, being mindful, who you’re becoming, leaving the “old” you behind, self-affirmations, establishing your truth

      To get the best out of The 30 Day Self-Exploration Experience it's advised that you complete your workbook within thirty days. To help with your pace it's also advised that you follow the guided Sincerely, Sherrise™ experience; which includes daily activities (Monday - Sunday). Each of the Introspective Reflections have been created inline with the daily activities. If you choose to have a self-guided experience and feel inspired to complete The 30 Day Self-Exploration workbook before or after the recommended thirty day period that's fine also. Do whatever works best for you.

It's recommended that you self-explore quarterly (every 3-4) or whenever you have a life-altering/life-changing experience; maybe you're moving, you got the job of your dreams, or dealing with a challenge in your life.
